Don’t Ass-u-me
You know what they say about people who assume? Don’t do it to yourself. Don’t assume or trust that a vendor or your planner or the resort will do anything unless it’s in writing. Someone can make promises but unless it’s in writing, it means nothing. They could conveniently “forget” what you agreed to, but not if you pull out a piece of paper as proof.
